Power: A small gold pendant in the shape of a half moon, Phoebe's Veil is attached to a leather throng, and is meant to be worn around the neck. When the fetish is activated, the wearer becomes invisible to both mundane creatures and spirits. This magic works against all senses but touch (Use the gift: Blissful Ignorance for particulars). The character wearing the fetish can touch thing without becoming visible only if he succeeds in a Static Mental challenege (difficulty 7).

Power: This tiny piece of spirit, carefully wrapped in leather, causes all malevolent spirits, especially Banes, to react to the wearer as if it were a Wyrm-creature and a trusted soul. Baneskin does not need to be activated, but its effects can be seen through with close scrutiny by suspicious spirits who win a Gnosis challenge against the fetish's Gnosis.

Talens
Slaggers
Most slaggers have a small flame symbol on them. When activated, it comsumes itself in an intense fire capable of burning through almost anything. The slagger melts virtually everything within a 2x3 foot area.
Implant Virus Disks
When this talen is sent via e-mail as an attachment, or is uploaded into a computer system and activated, the talen with dissolve and the spirit within will infest the machinery. These talens come in various types - some seek out computer files containing certain key words or phrases and erase those files. Others wait until a certain situation occers before taking control of the machine's output devices.

Hates Silver Fangs (explained in history), absolutely adores Black Furies, flaunts the fact that he's gay, when he's working on his computer he can block out almost everything else : the only way you know he's listening to you is if he straightens up in his seat. Has an 'alliance' with Chameleon spirits.
Description
Troy always tries to look stylish, and is always concerned about looking his best. He always wears his sunglasses, so the fact that he only has one working eye isn't evident. He tends to wear leather coats and other things considered to be 'gay'.

History
Born in Mühlhausen, a small town in East Germany, Troy grew up in a middle class family and lived a pretty much normal life. He went to school and was quite popular. Early on, he showed an interest in and an aptitude for, computers. At 17 he graduated from high school and decided to move to America to become a computer programmer. He soon arrived in Silicon Valley and began learning all he could, including the English language. He was soon admitted into one of North America's top programming schools. Unfortunatly, Pentex became interested in the school and wanted to employ some of it's students. Troy, being one of the top graduating students, was immediatly approached and offered a programming job. Not knowing there was anything wrong with Pentex, and since he was being a VERY high paying job, he accepted and began working for Pentex. Almost immediatly he uncovered some information about an environmental scandal Pentex was behind and was going to go to the authorities. Of course, Pentex found out and attempted to turn Troy into a formori. He raged and took out a large department of Pentex, but managed keep himself somewhat concealed from Pentex by changing his name. He was soon approahced by the Glass Walker Central House and in due time became a Random Interrupt, a Monkey Wrencher and valuable member of the House of Technological Advancement. He began dealing with Glass Walkers from all around the world, and so improved his English and learned many other languages. Over the years he became good friends with David Gwydr-Cerddwr, the Head of the House of Technological Advancement. After a few months of being friends, David was killed by a group of corrupt Silver Fangs. The fangs killed David and left Troy for dead (this is how he lost his eye). He was soon found and healed, but he has always resented Silver Fangs. After this, a new head of House was needed, but no one was considered worthy. Troy and two of his friends, Eve Thompson and Bruce McKinney, were chosen to share the position until a new leader could be found.
